1. how are all these tiny girls increasing their leg calves and thighs (Rihanna, Angela Simmons, Meagan Goode, Jada Pinkett and Solange) What is their process, I must know. 2. she looks terrible with that kizzy hair and editorial lipstick, and it's on purpose, clearly she's trying to ride that eccentric, odd ball characteristic to the fame bank 3. I like her music since album # one, she's different and Hadely Street Dreams IS the Sh#T, too bad the album got overshadowed by Sasha Fierce being released. They should re-release it and get some live performances going while ole girl is spending time traveling with her "husband"

Well, it could be hereditary. Also, most women I know that want to gain weight on their calves and thighs do alot of squats and lunges or step aerobics. If you continously do lower body exercises it will increase your size. I'm short and don't do these type of exercises because they make my thighs too big.
