First I want to start by saying before you all post these ignorant posts you should def have all your facts, which so many of you don't!...now to all you ignorant people BLACK WOMEN COME IN ALL COLORS N SHAPES!...some light skinned, dark skinned, and EVERY REAL BLACK WOMAN'S HAIR IS NOT THICK, COARSE, OR NAPPY!, SOME HAVE GOOD HAIR N SOME DON'T!...as for what these young ladies have done or accomplished in the industry I will start with KYLA PRATT-she has had appearance's on walker texas ranger,sister sister, family matters, smart guy,and a few other tv shows, she starred one on one, dr.dolittle,fat albert,love & basketball, hotel for dogs, and did the voice for penny proud in the proud family and she is a mom..Naturi Naughton- was part of the singing group 3LW, was in the cheetah girls, the biggie movie, fame the movie,lottery ticket, mad men,and won a tony award for her role in the broadway musical hairspray!..Lauren London- did some modeling, videos, the ATL, this christmas,I love you beth cooper, good hair,madea's big happy family, and she is a mom!..Jennifer Freeman-my wife and kids,neutrogena commercials,you got served, johnson family vacation, she has had guest appearances on 7th heaven,one on one,the OC, she has done a few indepent movies as well, she played dorothy in the wiz in los-angeles stage productions..Monique Coleman-all of the highschool musicals, has done some independent films, the reading room on the hallmark channel, the suite life with zack n cody, and has made appearances on bones, gilmore girls,boston public, the cleveland show and several other shows as well..Tia Mowry- began in a singing group called voices, sister sister, the game,twitches, the voice over in the bratz movie, seventeen again,and has made appearances on full house, smart guy,strong medicine, and other shows as well and is a mom as well..Tiffany Hines-plays in Nikita, beyond the break, 90210, appeared in grey's anatomy,csi,criminal minds,bones, heroes,etc...Chyna Layne-starred in precious,push,tv movie life support and has appeared in over 30 independent films and is an upcoming star....all of these women have accomplished more than enough to grace the cover of that magazine proudly and I think they all look good...and for the record some of them have natural pretty hair...so all of you hatters go jump off a dam building you jealous losers!

This is sad!!!.Do you people pay attention? I dont care if it Tia or the lady down the street. The whole presentation is wrong. Why cant for once we see black women being just that "Black Women". Whoever said stringy straight hair look good on black women. Thats like a straw top on a porshe (it dont go!). Really, would you want to dive in a submarine with a screen door? Concept is great but the actualy shoot just looks cheap. The dresses look cheap and the set looks cheap. It also looks like they found the hair and make-up person on model mayhem because there is a whole lot of bad weave and fashion fair make-up in these shots. The outside shoot looks better than the one in doors, but the "stylist" makes it look more like a ad for "So you wanna be a video girl."

First of all, have grammatical sense when you publically post something. Proper names, (meaning a person’s name), are capitalized and make sure you look up the difference in "their" and "there", in terms of reference. The fact that these young ladies are being recognized by a mainstream magazine shows "their" deserved right of being chosen. Sorry but some of these actresses are irrelevant and havent worked in a while ie Kyla Pratt, Jennifer Freeman, Lauren London. Where is Keke Palmer, Zoe Saldana (she was in the biggest movie of all time AVATAR) and Raven Simone (who banks more than all those women combined) for Gods sake. They could have definitely done a better job at getting real "talent".
