Jamie Foxx Being Sued + Judicial Misconduct In C-Murder's Case?
In the latest round of celebrity lawsuits Jamie Foxx is being sued by a Hollywood bartender for injuries he suffered. Details on that case and the investigation of judicial misconduct in C-Murder's trial when you read on.
Jamie is being sued by a bartender who was hired to work at a party in Hollywood for Jamie. At the party, he slipped, cut his hand and received 170 stitches.
Jamie's lawyers are saying the suit should be thrown out because Jamie, nor his company, planned the party, organized it nor chose the staff. He also didn't create a hazardous work environment.
It seems like if anything is tied to a celebrity these days people find a way to get some cash out of it.
In other legal news, there may have been judicial misconduct in C-Murder's murder trial.
C-Murder's case was mentioned during another judges' campaign for re-election. She is accused of publicizing his case to get herself re-elected. This made it difficult for C-Murder to have a fair trial and one of the jurors claimed that they were pressured by the judge to vote guilty against C-Murder.
