This Herve Leger ombre one shoulder dress from the Pre-Fall 2010 collection gradually fades from a sapphire blue to white costing $1,590.00.

Lil Kim rocked her dress for her 36^th birthday at the Millions of Milkshakes store, where she introduced “The Queen B Shake” this past Sunday. Lil Kim paired the dress with a pair of oversized hoop earrings, a butterfly ring and white platform sandals.

Carmen Electra rocked the same dress on the red carpet where she hosted at the Crown Nightclub in The Rio this past Saturday. She opted for fewer accessories complimenting the dress with some gold bangle bracelets and black bumps.

Since you're talking about how the DRESS looks and not the makeup or all of the other bullshittery that most of these people are adding to the mix then I'll say KIM rocked it because she has a better body for this dress. She is NOT spilling out of it as one person said. That's just someone who is used to Whitegirl poor bodies in general. No offense to Carmen...I mean she did what she could given the body she has but I think this one is KIM'S!!!
