So Sio will have her kids back shortly and Dwade will be paying for child support because thats what he is trying to avoid. Its not in the best interest of the child at their ages to remove them from their primary care giver which is the mother. Dwade has a busy schedule so someone will have to watch the children during his practice and basketball season. A nanny, aunt, grandmother is not in the best interest of the children when their mother is readily available. All she has to do is get a mental evaluation and see that she is capable of taking care of her kids. I really wish some black women would wake up and stop putting this nasty, cheating, whore chasing black men on a pedastal. Can someone please tell me why it is a bad thing for D Wade to want custody of his children? Even if he did cheat (I don't know the details of their marriage, since I have never lived with them, as so many of you have) does that make him an unfit father? Based on what I have read his soon to be ex-wife has had some indescretions as well. Sometimes the best interest of the children may not to be with the mother. I never knew that it was a bad thing for a male child to spend time with a loving father....On a side note what does Gabby have to with this? Would it "look" better to most people if he were dating someone that wasn't "known"? The lady said she didn't want children; maybe she meant she didn't want to give birth to any....IJS

I believe Stacy Dash wholeheartedly. That's why so many girls in the Black community are having babies after babies and going from one man to another because its simply to get validation from a man. Which stems from the lack of a father in their life to tell them they are beautiful and precious, so they go looking for a man to make them fell that way. And end up making so many mistakes. Thats why its so important for men to be actually apart of their childrens lives whether are male or female it is very important.

I am glad to see that Dwayne Wade was able to get temporary custody of the kids. It's a good example for any woman who thinks that, by virtue of being a biological mother, the courts are always on her side. A judge worth their salt is viewing what is in the best interest of the CHILDREN. A woman who has lived most of her life supported by a man's income, who has lost her grip on reality and the legal requirements of a divorce and custody battle, is neither financially independent nor emotionally stable enough to care for them at this point. We all know she's been "wronged", for what it's worth. But she's lost her focus, and I am glad the judge saw that. I'll be sharing this with my own BF who, like so many men, thinks he should jump and ask "how high?" when his children's mother gets to crackin' a whip rather than going to court and pursuing a legally binding (translation: consistent and expected, not at her whim) payment and visitation arrangement, simply because a man in court won't stand a chance. Not so!

Mariah dropped out because she's less comfortable with her image now that she's gained a few pounds. This wasn't going to likely be a role where she could believe she was distracting from that with cut off shorts, mini skirts, and butterflies. And, perhaps, because she has read what the prospective audience may think about her subpar acting and the concern that she was about to stink it up in this movie (or was that just me?) and decided to bow out gracefully.

As for Stacey Dash- can someone, anyone remind me what she has done that was significant since Clueless?
