As Janet Jackson hit the pavements of London today, she showed off a brand new look: She shaved and cut her hair off for the summer! Ms. Jackson headed to the Italian eatery Cecconi. And her once long and curly locks were MIA.

She possibly could throw on a wig or weave to change up her look a bit if she was in the mood for length, but Janet indeed looked content rocking her naturally uber short slicked back 'do today. News on her new boo when you read on...

Janet is in London Town with Tyler Perry as they're premiering Why Did I Get Married Too? there this week.

Come on. You can't "cut" what ain't real. She never had long hair to begin with so a move this is not. All she gotta do is put her weave back in. Not impressed. Sorry. And she ain't "shaved" nothing either, thats called the Naomi/Tyra syndrom, it comes from having thin ass fragile hair and wearing a weave for 15 years straight...also known as thinning.

I like it Ms. Jackson! Such a beautiful woman. It takes a special confidence to cut all your hair off. Anybody can hide behind a 30 inch yaki or lacefront. A truly beautiful woman is a woman who is still beautiful fat, skinny, long hair, short hair, bald, makeup or makeup free. Truly beautiful women are BORN. The rest of them are just MADE! Ms. Jackson has NEVER disappointed- even when she looked as if she had eaten one too many gingerbread houses back earlier this decade. LOL! WERK!
