i totally agree with most people's comments. ---Motions: your advertising has to speak to your audience and clearly, this ad does not!!!! Use a hair model next time...as you can see with the comments here, its not believable which will equal less return for Motions. Direct marketing 101! I like this new site, sort of, it looks more professional and clean, however, the ads like this are too much!

I'm glad the comments are arranged this new way so I can say this to all of y'all: PLEASE DO NOT PERM YOUR HAIR EVERY 4 TO 6 WEEKS...this is the quickest way to be damage your hair. Dr Susan C. Taylor, Director of the Skin of Color Center at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital here in NYC, recommends that you relax your hair every 2 to 3 months...this is way less chemicals and damage done to your hair...fyi, she also wrote a great book called Brown Skin...plus personally, I wouldnt recommend Motions...stick to Mizani or Affirm relaxers!! lol...

YEAAH so i once was a motions fan but their products are cheap as hell and they dry your hair out....i use to have a hairstylist that used motions realxer on my hair and i swear it was like clock work right at 4 weeks my hair was so0o nappy it was hard to comb now i use a different relaxer and it last past 6 weeks...

The leave-in conditioner is REALLY good....a few squirts around the edges, brush it down and tie it down after you wrap your hair (provided you have shorter hair) and it's silky in the morning. I also like their daily moisturizer. The foam sucks, though -- too much alcohol or something. And as others said, that's weave. The hair magazines are even worse, saying "Get so-and-so's look by doing this....". Please!

Weave is very popular and I

Weave is very popular and I know products are losing business; but to advertise a product with a star who wears weave, I just don't understand. I see it across the board (white/black) and truth be told there are a lot of real women with real hair they could use to advertise the product. Heck my hair length is down my back; but I have not yet found a product that will thicken and make my hair do what I want it to do; thus I prefer weave. It's thick, can't sweat it out and keeps the look. Love the new site look, but OMG it is soooooooooo slow! I can't even enjoy it anymore on down time at work cause it take almost 5-8 min. for it to open and don't try and click and read more on an entry. No joke, I opened YBF at 1:15 pm and finally was able to type a comment in the first post at 1:46 PM. I assume it's a work in progress; but let's work on the speed of this site.
