Hot Lash Alert: Ja'Maal Buster

Because, like many YBF chicks, we're obsessed with the hot dramatic lashes we've seen on our fave celebs, we want to showcase lash guru Ja'Maal Buster. He's the CEO of Ja'Maal Buster Cosmetics and YBF celebs Rihanna, Beyonce (who's rocks his lashes on tour), Keyshia Cole, LeToya Luckett, Keri Hilson and others use him religiously. Since I get so many emails about who does these ladies' makeup and lashes, now you know. We caught up with the lash guru himself and he dished to us that he's set to start working with the Atlanta Housewives next week as well.

On the set of the "Disturbia" video Ja'Maal was just featured on "The Martha Stewart Show" pubbing his new line of lashes. So now you can get like your fave celeb chicks and cop the same lashes they're rocking here. Loves it.

You CAN get great color from a box, though -- Clairol Textures and Tones is excellent. (I don't work for them, just love the color.) To be honest, the white celebrities aren't a bit better... their extensions are just less obvious, and you NEVER see them out and about with the color they're wearing in the ads. You can tell their lashes are fake in the pics, but they ARE pretty. Like someone else said, though, I certainly wouldn't be dishing out a wad of cash for some lashes. Patiently waiting for Rih to go back to a reasonable hairstyle....

My eyelashes are naturally that long w/o mascara all my friends are jealous and whenever I go to a make up counter the person thinks I have fake lashes but nope they are mine! I use mascara every blue moon but they sorta give me a tammy faye look if I am not careful..lol

Way to go Jamal!!! I met him years ago, when he had a shop in Dallas, long before he blew up. He is soo nice and a great person. He hooked me up with his lashes and they definitely last longer than any walgreens or mac glue on lashes. His are bonded on individually and not as a strip so you can wash your face without your fake lashes falling out...LOL. Much love jamal!!!
