I don't think that is lipstick. Sunscreen for the lips! I use sunblock all the time when the sun is out. i encourage others to do as well.

natasha must be working extra hard these days and not having had a vacation in a while OR she and all other black folks dont believe in SUNBLOCK... that white shit on her lips is lip sunblock.. some people are prone to sunblisters so in the sun they put on SUNBLOCK for the lips like surfers do.. this stuff is white cuz its highly concentrated and being water resistant too... i encourage brown folks to put on the sunblock all the time!!
