I asked a co-worker of mine did she see the speech last night and her first words were, yeah, she looked great. My response was she always looks great, but did you hear what she said? She shrugged and said I listened to some of it and walked away. How shallow a people are we when fashion (it is important) is MORE important that what's on one's mind?...lol. She did look fantastic as she always does, but her speech was right on point. Sadly though, if you read the responses to her speech on CNN.com, people have said some very negative things, and you can just about guess who they were. No matter what, to them, the Obama's will never be good enough. Her brother is gorgeous!

Loves Michelle O. at first her hair wasn't the bidness... she must have been hitting up Condi's hairstylist but now it seem like she upgraded herself... the salon that her stylist is from charges $230 for a relaxer?!?!?! I was gonna check it out but I thinks I'm going to stick to the Dominican's :In Lansing, Michigan looking for the nearest salon:

I was thinking bout Oprah last night. Oprah's hair use to be so cute! Now she got a poodle sitting on her damn head. She need to take her hair stylist back. Because that definately looked Oprahish to me and I loved it! Those girls are just too adorable. He should win just for the family alone! They are awesome. I don't understand why white america pretend not to relate. Maybe the family looks to wholesome for them. Because I can definately relate to their family and not just with the Cosby Show. There are alot of beautiful black families out there. My family for one. lol We get compliments all the time when my husband, klds, and I are together. It is hard for me to believe that it is that uncommon in the African American community.

They can even have your Buckwheat looking permed fresh. But I still love-love the black, gay, man stylist I have and wouldn't leave him ever. (Had to cover my azz, he prolly reading this.)

I was teary eyed listening to her speech. This is the type of stuff we should be promoting!

WTF???? What are families suppose to do, just sit around and not talk to each other??? Then I would go over to his house and they all sitting around like they're pissed at each other....Strange...that should have been my clue to run for the hills! LOL LOL

Mrs. Obama represented her husband well last night and it was very evident that she had nothing but love for her husband and family. Its a shame that the media tries very hard to find something wrong with this woman and all they could come up with is the way she dressed. Give me a break! That woman looked Young, Black and Fabulous and they can't stand it.
