The first time I heard the song was about a month ago on the radio I honestly hopped on my computer downloaded it and played it quite frequently...the video is awsome! Congrats to her! I hope she wins somthing for it when award time comes and all the best with her album re-release...The video is very appropriate the song is called "Disturbia".

I'm so sick of people being impressed with things that have been done before (by people with way more talent and personality). While I applaud Rihanna for stepping outside of the "pop princess" box, I still had this unshakeable feeling while watching the video that it just wasn't "her". And I know that's the point, but when I see videos like this done by Madonna or Manson or NIN--I'm completely awe-struck. Here, not so much. I want to like Rihanna, and at times I really do...But it all seems so forced. Regardless, the video is DEFINITELY better than the song. But I hate that "bom dum ditty" hook. It sounds just like that damn Eiffel 65 song "I'm Blue" from the late 90's. And if you like videos like this--go on youtube and check out Lykke Li, Robyn, and Roisyn Murphy. I do appreciate the fact that Rihanna is opening the eyes of people (who mainly follow the pop/r&b train) to different styles of videos and fashion. And for that..she gets one snap.
