most dark latinos are just like black americans which means that their ancestors were slaves deported from Africa. Most of them are mixed anyways but the darker ones might be less mixed IDK. At the end of the day, latino always introduce themselves as latino cause they want to insist on their CULTURE. They might be as black as you and me sometimes darker, they don't consider themselves as african american but as latino because they speak spanish, dance salsa lol etc.. Al this is just sayin that i am a french black or a english black!It is more a nationality like you have irsih white and french white but they all white but they have to precise where they come from!!
