Weekend Recap: Rihanna, Ciara, & Akon Hit The World Music Awards+Star, Viv, & Al Hit Miami+Salt-N-Pepa & Gabby Hit Puerto Rico+Beyonce Hits Shanghai

While you were kickin' it around town freezing your ass off this weekend:

Gabby, Salt and Pepa, and other celebs were living it up poolside in Puerto Rico...on that pay to party circuit. Must be nice... Gabby kicked it with the ANTM, VH-1, and MTV folks:

And everybody partied it up during the Puerto Rican launch of the new El San Juan Hotel & Casino:

Gabby brought along her new BFF Kelly Lee. And since Pepa's b-day is this week, she and her celeb friends partied it up over there:

Fun times. Star and Al partied it up in Miami with Viv and some other folks this weekend:

They were at Soul Kitchen at The Forge night.

And are we really still rocking track suits...embroidered or not...in the club Viv? Seriously?

And Boris made an appearance. Usher hosted an Evening at LAX Nightclub in Las Vegas this weekend:

Over in London, YBF folks hit up the World Music Awards:

I actually like all three girls. I would say Beyonce has confirmed her longitivity in the game plus she can really sing! Ciara is on an off with her style choices but her dance moves are on FIRE!- i hope to see much more of her...she's the up and cominig Janet Jackson with a little down south twist. Rihanna has the best fashion sense and the best weaves of the the three. As far as her crossover appeal is concerned- only time will tell because she isn't much of a singer or a dancer but she makes the most of what she has. On another note I absolutely love Gabriel Union she is always classy and seems very humble. I love how she manages to stay out of the radar unlike some celebrities that continue recieve the bad gossip. All 4 ladies are very beautiful and hope they keep on keeping on! Rihanna was very mean though for laughing at Brit's performance at the VMAs for all the world to see.

I think all three black

I think all three black female artists are beautiful in their own way. Rihanna is very very beautiful and she's holding her own around them. Her fashion sense or stylist fashion sense is on point. Her being west indian and trying to fit in to the whole American wholesome girl image is working out for her and she is beautiful.I wish all three of them good luck

~~Yea they are all beautiful, they all have their own style of dress, singing, and music and all of their styles are very different. But as far as talent out of the three of them, its Beyonce at the top of the list, then Ciara, then Rihanna. No matter how much everyone hates Beyonce and no matter how tired everyone is of her NO ONE can deny her talent. Beyonce is a triple threat-singing, dancing, and beauty (cant say much about her acting). Ciara is a GREAT dancer and performer and Rihanna is just pretty. She can't sing or dance. And if anyone thinks that Rihanna has more talent than Beyonce (or Ciara) they need to be slapped. ~~Also, Beyonce and Ciara are actually sweet and nice young ladies. Rihanna is rude and disrespectful and has a stinky attitude as of late. That chic is really starting to smell herself.

I think it is pointless to

I think it is pointless to argue which is better. They are all beautiful and successful women who regardless of the haters will continue to be so. I am happy to see that more that one Black Female star can shine these days but it saddens me that they are always pit against one another. What is it with women. Just cause another woman is beautiful and talented doesn't make you any less so. When will we stop competing w/ one another and tearing each other down over men, attention, and other Bullshit and start encouraging one another to do you regardless of our similarities or our differences and cease to compare my titties to yours there is nowhere we cannot go. Instead of each artist or in addition to each female artist having there own women's empowerment song about freedom from men, I think they all should come together and make a song about the freedom we need from the hate we give each other. It's cool to be Like A Boy, Independent, and Letting it Go but what about unity and respect for each other. DAMN BITCHES LOL
